£3 Fare Cap
Price cap
17/12/2024
As of Wednesday 1st January 2025, the Government has announced that the bus fare cap will be increased to £3. Uno Bus will continue to participate in the scheme but there will be some changes to fares. Most adult singles will be between £2 and £3. All longer journeys will be set at £3.
Due to the fare cap, there will not be a return fare value. Customers wishing to purchase a return will need to purchase two single fares. For those making further journeys the Day Rover Ticket may represent value for money.
We will also continue to offer multiple journey tickets including 10 journey, weekly and monthly.
App Fares will include
- £3 Adult Single ticket
- 10 for the price of 12 - £3 Adult single tickets for £30 (£2.50 each)
- Various weekly and Monthly tickets
